THE DYNAMICS AND CONSTRUCTING THE PNEUMATIC HAND MACHINES OF THE IMPACT ACTION OF THE THROTTLE TYPE, INTENDED FOR BUILDING UNDER THE NORTH CONDITIONS

Performed have been the theoretical developments with use of the methods of mechanics, thermo-gasodynamics, mathematical modeling of the mechanism operating processes; the experimental investigation under the laboratory and production conditions. The physico-mathematical description of the impact-pneumatic mechanisv with the new means of inlet with the limitations to be considered; the method of the pre-liminary determination of necessary and sufficient value of energy of a single impact have been developed. The high-effective multi-purpose pneumatic hammer MMP-12 with the improved vibration and noise characteristics has been created, the methods of its engineer design have been developed. The cost of manufacture of the hammer is significantly reduced, it has the operating service life twice more than before, the reliable start, and can work at negative temperatures.
