SIMULATION OF LATHE SCHEMES AT STAGE OF CONCEPTUAL DESIGNING FOR PROVIDING OF PARAMETRIC RELIABILITY OF SLIDE GROUP

There the study purpose is to provide the greatest parametric reliability of slide group of two-slide lathes by the comprehensive simulation of their schemes at the stage of conceptual designing, by the attainment of minimal pressures and of maximal margin of accuracy on the sides of guide. The algorithms and the simulators for the designing of two-slide lathes at the early stages of scheve realization during the varying by the variables and by the loads; the algorithms and the simulators for the prediction of parametric reliability of slide group with regard to the probability character of loading regimes to the real conditions of lathe operation have been developed. The methodic software for the simulation of lathe schemes at the stage of conceptual designing; the techniques and the simulators for the prediction of parametric reliability of slide group with regard to the real operating conditions of lathe; the recommendations for the choice of scheme indicators of two-slide lathes have been offered. The methodic software for the simulation of lathe schemes and for the estimation of parametric reliability of slide group has been introduced at the Joint-Stock Company "Krasny Proletari", at the Moscow State Technological University "Stankin".
