THE APPLICATION OF THE CHLORDINITROSUBSTITUTE OF BENZ-2,1,3-OXADAIZOLE IN THE FLOW ANALYSIS OF THE AMINO COMPOUNDS

The purpose of the work: the investigation of the reaction of chemical modification of amino compounds to be determined with chlordinitrosubstitute benz-2,1,3-oxadiazole in the flow systems, its application for the development of methods of sensitive and selective determination of the amino compounds in the different objects. The optimum conditions of performance of the chamical modification reactions of amino compounds with chlordinitrosubstitute benz-2,1,3-oxadiazole in the flow systems (the flow-injection analysis, the indicator tubes, the test-systems, the fluid and thin-layer chromatography) have been revealed. The methods of determination of the amino compounds in the air and water media, and in the automatic gas analysis have been offered. The flowinjection, chromatographic, spectrophotometric, linear-coloristicmethods of determination of the amino compounds in the air media, production waters, biological substrates and reaction mixtures have been developed. The method of determination of the phenotype of the medicinal means acetylating has been developed. The number of methods have undergone the clinic and production approbation.
