The object of investigation: the production waste of lactoglobulin, strains of microorganisms. The purpose of the work: to develop the approaches to the construction of the nutrient media for growing the bifidobacteria from the colostrum casein-serum mass (the waste of the lactoglobulin production). The method of hydrolysis of the colostrum curds, the new method of control of the hydrolysates quality, three versions of the nutrient media have been developed. The new regulations of receiving the bifidum bacterin, allowing to reduce the time of the technological process and to decrease the cost of the ready preparation, and the laboratory regulations for the new nutrient medium, have been developed. The results of the work are being introduce...
