Analysis of activity of genes of stress response in tissues of transgene plants with changed phytohormonal activity

The object of investigation: the plants of tomato Lycopersicon esculentum of Bakhtemir grade resistant (ora and sensitive ora) to Egyptian broomrage Orabanche aegyptiaca line. The work is aimed at studying the gene expression modulation of stress response in the transgene plants with the changed balance of phytohormones. The obtained data about the modulating action of the phytohormones can facilitate the more deep understanding the consequences of introduction and expression of the cytokinin synthesis gene in the plants and can be used in the investigations of the mechanism of the plant genes phytohormonal expression regulation.
