The object of investigation: basidium fungi. The purpose of the work: selection of the active producer of the ligninolytic ferments and optimization of the fungus cultivation. Selected has been the new, comparatively quickly growing producer of the complex of ferments C.unicolor 062. The possibility of the physiological regulation of the fermentative activity of this fungus has been established. The cultures of the basidiomycetes which can be used for obtaining the microbe protein, ferment preparations, cleaning the sewage water, delignification, have been revealed.
