The effects of strong interactons in the nonleptonic decays of the K-mesons in the standard model have been studied. The operator corrections to the 4-quark effective delta S=1 Hamiltonian have been calculated. The new regulatory method for calculation of the hadronic matrix elements in the local QCL operators forming the effective delta S=1 Hamiltonian out the frames of the factorization hypothesis has been proposed. The method has been based on the rules of the QCL sums and chiral effective theory on the interaction of the pseuda-scalar mesons. The new non-perturbative contribution into the decay amplitudes K approaches pi pi at the expense of the transitions with gluons in the intermediate state has been calculated.
