SPECTROSCOPY OF EXCITITON RELAXATION PROCESSES IN WIDE-SLOT DIELECTRICS OF MIXED ISOTOPIC COMPOSITION

The aim is to investigate the excitation and relaxation of the exciton states in the crystals of mixed isotopic composition LiH-LiD on the surface spalled in the liquid helium and spectroscopic revealing of the energetical relaxation in the centres with strong vibron interaction. The methods for making of the atomic-pure surfaces by means of the dosed shock load have been proposed and realized. The spectra of the reflection, luminescence and luminescence excitation on the atomic-pure surface of the crystals LiH have been investigated in experiment. The thin structure of the spectra has been revealed. The reflection and luminescence spectra of the mixed isotopic composition crystals LiH-LiD in the wide concentration range have been studied in experiment. The revealing of the isotopic non-ordering in the luminescence spectra of the free excitons has been revealed.
