The aim is to perform the complex investigation of the radiation-stimulated processes induced in the epitaxial monocrystalline films of ferrite-garnets (EMFFG) (YSmLuCa)*003(FeGe)*005O*001*002 with super-stoichiometric content of Ca ions in the wide range of the irradiation characteristics by an action of gamma -quants of Co*996*990. It has been determined that the charge compensation of the excess Ca ions in EMFFG of the (Ca, Ge)-system is performed with the charged oxygen vacancies. The parameters of the local centres corresponding to the charged oxygen vacancies is EMFFG (YSmLuCa)*003(FeGe)*005O*001*002 have been determined.
