The dependence of the crystallite polarization upon the electric field determined by a transfer of the charge carriers according to the jump mechanism between localized states formed with dipole traps has the hysteresis character. Such a polarization model didn't consider earlier. The plant for polarization of the films on base of PVDF enabling to create the samples with piezoelectric module more than 30 pC/N has been developed. Earlier in the literature the value of the piezomodule 20 pC/N was specified.
