FORMATION OF WORK QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES RELATIVELY TO MARKET CONDITIONS (ON MATERIALS OF REPUBLIC KHAKASIA)

The investigation object is the organizational service of work quality management in the agricultural enterprises. The aim is to develop the propasals on the work quality management system in agricultural enterprises. The abstract-logical, statistical, designing and monographical methods have been used. The work quality management mechanism as a totality of the conditions and as a sequence of the actions directed to the prevention of the undesirable deviations in either process has been developed. The directions of service activity on the work quality management have been substantiated. The proposals on the quantitative and qualitative composition of staff management service, planned-financial service and marketing service which are introduced in the agricultural enterprises of Khakasia have been given. The proposals on the formation of the work quality management system in the agricultural enterprises have been introduced in Khakasia.
