Improvement in efficiency of the operating process of the milling unit due to selection of the rational parameters, conditions and operative quality control

The object of investigation: the experimental specimen of milling unit of the MPTG-1,5 type with the hydraulic drive of the operating organs. The purpose of the work: the improvement of efficiency of operation of the milling unit due to selection and foundation of the rational parameters and operation modes, creation of means of the operative quality control. The analysis of the milling unit operating process in the conditions of digging and milling has been performed. The mathematical models of the milling unit operating process have been obtained. Selected and grounded have been the rational parameters and modes of operation. The recommendations on the selection of the rational parameters and modes of operation of the milling unit provided with the hydraulic drive of operating organs have been developed. Created has been the model specimen of the device of the operative control of the milling unit operation technological process quality.
