The foundation of parameters of the one-disc ploughshare intended for the direct sowing of the cereals

The fork is aimed at creating the new disc ploughshares intended for the direct sowing ensuring the high quality of seeds embedding. Developed and investigated has been the model of interaction in the system ploughshare - planting residue - soil as applied to the direct sowing of the cereals. The dependences between the indicators of the process of cutting the planting residuals and the parameters of the ploughshare group have been established. The methods on the selection of the parameters of the ploughshare disc, seed director and soil reflector have been developed. Created have been the one-disc ploughshares with the cut-out discs, ensuring the direct sowing with the high degree of cutting the plantation residues, and high uniformity of embedding the seeds as compared with the production ones. The practical recommendations on creation of the one-disc cut-out ploughshares with the soil reflector for the direct sowing have been introduced in practice.
