Improvement of methods and means of the accelerated estimation of the fatigue durability of metal constructions of tractors and other mobile machines

The object of investigation: the metal construction elements of the bearing systems and tractor cabins, MTH-80/82, T-25A, T-250. The work is aimed at creating the complex of the design-experimental methods allowing to estimate the fatigue durability of the metal structures of tractors and other mobile machines and planning its accelerated polygon and stand tests from the common positions. Obtained has been the analytical expression for the law of the full cycles amplitudes distribution, the ratios for the design of the fatigue durability have been derived, the methods for estimation of the service life and selection of the modes of the accelerated tests of metal constructions have been developed. Developed and introduced have been the methods as well as the hardware for its realization allowing to estimate the fatigue durability, optimization and design of conditions of the accelerated polygon and stand tests of machine metal constructions. The conditions of the T-25A tractor polygon tests have been grounded. The information about the operational load has been generalized, the conditions of the stand tests of the T-250 tractor frame have been founded. The methods of the acceleratad polygon tests of tractors, cl. 0.6, have been introduced in the Production Association "VTZ". The automated systems of the data processing and sontrol of the tests have been introduced in the Odessa enterprise of NATI.
