Studying the membrane proteins of the man's erythrocytes in norm, at different stages of ripening and in hereditary spherocytic anemia

The healthy donors, patients with the chronic progressive chorea and with spherocytic anemia have been studied. The purpose of the work: the systemic study of the protein composition of the man's erythrocytes membrans at the different stages of ripening in the norm and at the number of the hereditary pathologies condizioned by the membrane defect. The new modification of the two-dimensional electrophoresis widening the possibilities of separating the membrane proteins of the man's erythrocytes by 5-6 times has been created. The protein composition of the man's erythrocytes membranes has been characterized, and first, the map of distribution for 189 proteins has been built. Revealed and characterized have been the electrophoretic variants of the four polipeptide fractions. Created has been the threestage program of the erythrocytes membranes properties study, ensuring the complex investigation of properties of the erythrocytes membranes protein composition.
