The development of physico-chemical and immunological bases for receiving the preparations of anti-herpetic immunoglobulin of the man

The objects of investigation: the plasma of donors, the ballast fraction III of Kon's method, the preparations of immunoglobulins. The purpose of the work: the development of theoretical and experimental bases of the production obtaining of the preparation of anti-herpetic immunoglobulin of the man. The laws of distribution of the herpes-specific antibodies in the population of Russia have been established. Studied has been the content of antibodies in the different kinds of the raw materials to the virus of the catarrhalis herpes. The affinity of antibodies to the virus of the catarrhalis herpes of the patients and healthy people has been studied. The preparation of antiherpetic immunoglobulin has been received. The method of obtaining the immunoglobulin preparation from the ballast fraction III of Kon's method has been developed. It has been offered to use the titrated commerical preparations of the immunoglobulins for prophylaxy and treatment of the herpetic infection. The scientific technical documentation for the preparation of antiherpetic immunoglobulin has been delivered to the Committee of Vaccines and Serums.
