Studying the expression of proteins of the man's immunodeficit virus with the aid of monoclonal antibodies

The object of investigation: the man's immunodeficit wirus (MIDV). The work is aimed at studying the virus biology. Obtained and studied has been the paned of the monoclonal antibodies specific to the proteins of the man's immunodeficit virus. The dynamics of the virus cytopathic action in the culture and accumulation of the virus proteins inside the infected cells has been described. On the base of the obtained monoclonal antibodies, the test-system has been developed for the hard-phase immunoferment analysis of p24 protein of the MIDV virus. Shown has been the possibility of revealing the virus proteins inside the infected cells by methods of the immunoperoxidase painting and immunofluorescence. The strain of hybride cells MAKC12 producing the monoclonal antibodies to the MIDV has been obtained (the authorized certifiate No. 1405306).
