The hygienic evaluation of the malignant new formations spreading in the regions with the technogene high radiation background

Men 265000 (districts of the Bryanskoi region), 53200 men (the regions of the Extreme North, 730 mice laboratory animals) have been examined. The purpose of the work: the evaluation of the cancerogenous efficiency of small doses of the ionizing radiation. The absence of effect of the radiation factor on the oncological situation in the regions with radiation background, and the depressing action of the low levels of the continuous internal radiation of mice on the development of the interwaeved tumours, have been shown. The shreshold of the cancerogenous action of the ionizing radiation has been justified. The methodical recommendations on the medico-geographycal zoning of the territory have been developed.
