The interaction of the man's immunodeficit virus with some infection agents

The object of investigation: the man's immunodeficit virus, virus of gripper A, the cytomegalovirus, the smallpox vaccine, the micoplasmas, serums, the whole peripheral blood. The work is aimed at studying the peculiarites of interaction of the Man's immunodeficit virus with some infection agents. Used have been the virusological, serological, immunological, morphological and electronmicroscopic methods, the method of the fluorescent antibodies. For the first time it has been established, that dp 120 MIDV is absorbed on the surface membrane M. pneumoniae; under the conditions of mixed infection of MIDV and grippe A, the formation of de noro structures inherent to the hair-cellular leukemia takes place.
