The aim is to develop the physical-chemical base and technology for complex processing of the ashs from coals near Moscow with making of alumina, coagulant and building materials. The roengeno-phase, thermographic and crystal-optic analysis methods have been used. The thermodynamic analysis of interacting basic ash compounds with the sodium and calcium carbonates has been performed, the special kinetic features of this interaction have been investigated, the caking process has been optimized and its mathematical model has been created, the coagulating properties of the aluminium salts - coagulants made have been studied.
