The investigation is concerned with oxide systems - glass base, glass-forming and slag melts, film materials, coatings, oxide ceramics. The aim to be attained is to study evaporation processes and thermodynamic properties of melts of multicomponent and binary oxide systems using the method of high-temperature mass-spectrometry, search for approaches for prediction of thermodynamic properties and identification of criteria of relative volatility. The main regularities of the processes of evaporation of silicate, germanate, borate and phosphate melts have been revealed.
