The investigation objects are the mixed Rb*001*00-*00x (NH*004) H*002PO*004 crystals activated by the thallium ions. The aim of the work is to investigate the properties of the proton glass field and ferro- and antiferroelectric fields. The theoretical interpretation of experimental results has been given.
