Subject of investigation: ultra-dispersed powders of nitrides of silicon, aluminium and titanium, aluminium and yttrium oxides and materials based on them. The work establishes braking of the recrystallization by way of introduction of Y_2O_3 and AIN and use of a joint synthesis of the initial powders, which brings about changes in their phase composition and grain-limit phase of materials based on them. The materials based on beta -sialone and obtained from the charge of a high degree of purity and homogeneity and with the minimum amount of additives possess the maximum stability of the high-temperature hardness.
