The creation of the integral asymptotical theory of random sequences with independent random indexes is the aim of the paper as well as the creation of the united mathematical theory of the reliability growth. As a result the structure of limiting laws has been described. Convergence criteria for random sequences with random indexes have been found. Estimations of the convergence speed have been obtained. The mathematical theory of the reliability growth for the systems modified has been suggested.
