Spectral characteristics of integrated guantum systems and number theory problems, connected with them have been investigated in the paper. As a result refined rules of the quantization on surfaces of Liouville with uniform estimations for residual members have been obtained. The description of statistical properties of a residual member in the formula of Weil and in the related problem of the number geometry has been given. Formulae of a track have been investigated. The paper results may find their field of application in quantum chaos, theory of numbersAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scientific & Technical Information Centre of RussiaSIGLERURussian Federatio
