The property investigation of conjugate equations and their applications to the problem of the non-sensitive control and to the problem of the data assimilation is the aim of the paper. As a result general properties of a conjugate operator, properties corresponding to a non-linear operator, have been obtained. The solvability of the problem of the non-sensitive control and the problem of the data assimilation has been investigated.
