THEORETICAL BASES OF FIRE-PREVENTION VITALITY IN PRODUCTION-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

The investigation objects are the systems providing the vital activity of the social-economic systems (SES). The aim of the work is to create the theoretical bases of the fire-prevention vitality in SES permitting to determine the efficiency criteria values of their functioning depending on the fire risk parameters and to synthesize the control system of its level for provision of the maximal SES functioning efficiency. The bases of the fire-prevention vitality in the production-economic systems permitted to formulate and solve a number of the practical-important problems on the optimal choice of the provision of the fire-prevention vitality for the national-economy objects on the principial-new level.
