THE VECTOR SYSTEMS ON THE BASE OF BACTERIOPHAGE M13

Offered and experimentally justified has been the new approach to the expression of the genes, cloned in E.coli, based on using of the T7 RNA-polymerase gene. The possibility of using of the basic protein of the filiform phages (B-protein) shell for the problems of the phyge display has been proved. The viable derivatived of phage M13 with the foreign peptides to be built-in the B-protein have been obtained. The possibility of creation of the artificial immunogenes with building-in the virus epitope into the phage M13 B-protein has been shown. The bacterial strains-producers of the man's alpha I-antitripsine, the immunogenous-important fragments of protein E2 of the Venezuelsky encephalomyelitis virus of horses and the RNA-polymerase of phage T7 have been obtained.
