REGULARITIES OF CHANGING PHYTOPLANKTON ASSOCIATIONS AT EUTROPHICATION OF LAKES

The investigation object is the lake phytoplankton. The aim is to determine the regularities of changing species composition, structure and production possibilities of the phytoplankton in the lakes of different climatic zones during oligotrophic and eutrophic succession; to evaluate the basic ecological factors determining these changes. It has been revealed that the regularities of changing phytoplankton associations in the lakes of different geographical zones are determined by a receipt level of the biogenic elements, first of all, general phosphorus. The convergence of the special structural features of the phytoplankton at eutrophication of the lakes has been determined. The own scales of the lake trophication according to the phytoplankton biomass and chlorophyl content have been developed. The generalized scheme for substitution of the mass species and type of the seasonal dynamics in the phytoplankton according to the gradient of general phosphorus has been proposed.
