Production process improvement of high-precision h-beam sections of oil rings by cold deformation fashions

There the study object is the production process of high-precision steel workpieces for the oil piston rings. The purpose is to develop and to introduce the production process of H-beam fine-size section by the cold deformation fashions, to develop and to introduce the start-to-finish production process of ring workpieces. The mathematical simulation of plastical deforming of section by the complex pass, the experimental study of specimen accuracy, the simulation with the use of geometrically similar specimens have been performed. The process simulator of cold metal deforming by the complex passes has been created. The technique of introduction of plane section hypothesis as the boundary condition in the the simulator has been developed. The influence of split pass on the accuracy of finished section has been studied. The production process of H-beam section of oil ring has been developed. The process has the novelty.
