The mathematical modeling on the base of the experiment planning has been performed. The laws of formation of the single trace of the powder materials have been examined when processing the surface plastic deformation. The complex investigation of the surface plastic deformation effect on the quality parameters of the parts surface made from the powder antifriction materials has been performed. The optimum modes of the surface plastic deformation treatment ensuring the wear-resistance of the powder materials have been determined.
