The purpose of the work: creating the hydropulse drive of the unit of thickening the concrete mixture to improve the quality of the concrete, reduce the power intensity and to improve the labour conditions. The mathematical model accounts the real loads in the drive and the peculiarities of the concrete mixture behaviour as well as the mathematical dependence between the qualitative indicators of the concrete and the frequency characteristic of the drive. The statement and solving of the optimization problem has been realized. The application of the hydropulse drive improves the concrete quantity and reduces the drive power intensity, the noise level.
