For studying the mechanisms of reactions, specially used have been the main principles of study of the chain processes, offered by the academisians Semenov N.N. and Emanuel N.M. The study of the process kinetics, the selection of the effective protective preparations in combination with the biochemical investigations has been united in a common investigation. Offered has been a number of preparations, protecting the hemoglobin from the oxidating damage with the nitrite intoxications.
