THE PRINCIPLES OF ATTENUATION OF THE PATHOGENOUS BACTERIA ON THE MODEL OF SALMONELLS

For the first time, revealed and identified has been a number of the salmonells genes, localized on chromosome (bom, nea A, nea B, nea rps L), the mutations in which reduced its virulence due to blocking the multiplication in vivo. First, the molecular-genetic characteristic of plasmide S. typhimurium with molecular mass of 54MD and S. enteritidis of 65MD value, controlling the synthesis of the thermolabil enterotoxin of salmonells and its survival in the nost's organism, has been given. For the first time, the correlation between the effect of mutations in genes of the pathogenous bacteria, determining the synthesis of the ribosomal proteins, on the supression and its influence on virulence has been established. The principles of attenuation of the pathogenous bacteria, being in use of the combination of the mutations in the chromosome and plasmide genes, identified in the work, have been formulated. The methods of receiving the vaccine strains of the pathogenous basteria, to be protected with Authorized Certificates, have been offered. The high-immunogenous strains of salmonells of different serovars, L. pneumophila, Y. pseudotuberculosis, L. monocytogenes, perspective as the vaccine ones, have been selected. Deceloped and approved has been the normative-technical documentation for the production of the life vaccines from the obtained strains S. dublin 13-20NS and S. abortus ovis 17HC.
