The work covers the zoophilic and pasture two-winged flies - bloodsuckers, parasites and carriers of the agricultural animal diseases. The species composition (234 species) of the Mongolia's zoophilic and pasture flies has been specified. The mass species connected with agricultural animals have been determined firstly. The special ecological features, geographical spreading and generality degree and differences of the fly complexes in the different natural-geographical regions of Mongolia have been revealed. The maps of the areas of basic species have been drawn up that can serve as a base for forecasting in changing number of the dominanting species.
