The object of investigation: the tool intended for bending and moulding operations of parts. The purpose of the work: the development of the design methods for the tool geometry on the base of the analysis of the stresed-deformation condition of part. The algorithm for determination of the displacements in the finite-elements methods has been developed as well as the method of design of the tool geometry. The recommendations on the tool geometry design have been obtained, the obtained data have been checked. The siggested methods of the design have been used when designing the tool in the Pavlodar Industrial Institute.
