The work is aimed at studying the laws of morphogenesis in the culture of anthers of some species of kins Triticum and Aegilpos, and the development of methods of receiving the androgenetic haploids. Established has been the law of influence of the genome composition of the diploid, tetraploid and hexaploid species Triticum and Aegilops on the frequency of callus-formation and regeneration of the plants.
