THE BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF SALMONELLAS AND ITS INTERACTION WITH FACTORS OF THE OUTSIDE MEDIUM

The object of investigation: the pure cultures of salmonellas (354 strains), isolated from the patients and bacteriobearers in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Russia. The purpose of the work: the complex comparative evaluation of the salmonellas biological properties, circulating in 1992 to 1994 years in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Russia; study of the influence of the synthetic pesticides on the medically important properties of slamonellas, being in various microbe communities. The methods of investigation: the morphological, biochemical, bio-, serotyping, phygotyping, the determination of antibioticogram, the determination of the sensitivity and survival ability of slamonellas in the presence of pesticides with the diffusion growth and colonies, the methods of the electronic microscopy. For the first time, the complex comparative evaluation of the biological properties of salmonellas, isolated in the different regions in 1992 to 1994 years has been given, first, the influence of the modern pesticides on the medically important biological properties of salmonellas has been studied. For the additional intraspecies differentiation of salmonella typhi, a set of substrates has been offered, it allows to effectively perform the epidemiological control of the typhoid.
