The examination of the practically healthy working population at the age of 20 to 59 years of the fourteen enterprises of the European North has been performed. For the first time, the level, the intensity and the structure of physical activity, the influence of physical activity on hemodynamics, physical serviceability and the risk factors of the heart ischemic diseases of the working population of the region have been studied. The results of the investigation first indicate the low physical activity and small part of the intensive physical loads in its structure of the working population of the European North, which creates the prepositions of the development of disadaptation changes of the cardiovascular system.
