Abstract

For the first time, the monoclonal antibodies to the membrane marker of the T-lymphocytes predecessor (TLP) of mice, to be common with the brain tissue, have been obtained. The antigene, with which the monoclonal antibody reacts, is similar but not identic to SC-I-antigene by specificiny. It is expressed by 10-20% of the marrow cells, enriched with the T-lymphocytes predecessor. The obtained antibodies can be used for the improvement of the TLP isolation methods, and shall be used in the analysis of the TLP fuctions with a view to directed modulating of T-lymphopoiesis and regulation of hemopoiesis. The results of the work have been included in lecture courses of the Puschino and Nizhegorodsky UniversitiesAvailable from VNTIC / VNTIC - Scie...
