The reaction of the acilyso(thyo)cyanates with substituted acetylenes leading to 1,3-oxazines has been investigated with enlisting of the quantum-chemical methods. The boundaries of applying the given reaction and also the influence of the original reagent structure as a synthesis method of 1,3-oxazines have been considered. The chemical properties of the synthesized compounds from a point of vision of making the different acyclic and heterocyclic systems have been studied. The synthesis methods of 4N-1,3-oxazine-4-ones and also the derivatives of pyramidine, triazole, oxadiazole, imidazole and esters of the malonamic acids have been developed.
