There the new processing scheme of metallic tungsten wastes in thk ammoniacial electrolyte has been offered; the systematic studies for the exploration of anode dissolving of tungsten and of molibdenum in the solutions of ammonium hydroxide have been executed for the first time; the electric conductivity of given electrolytes has been explored; the temperature coefficient of specific electric conductivity has been determined. The optimum regime of anode dissolving of process of tungsten wastes and of molibdenum wastes has been determined; the design has been made; the semicommercial plant has been created at the Svetlovodsk Integrated Works of Refractory Metals and of Hard Alloys.
