THE INFLUENCE OF THE MELT ON THE FORMATION OF STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF THE CAST ALLOYS ON THE BASE OF IRON AND ALUMINIUM

The object of investigation: the alloys made on the base of iron and aluminium (AL32). The purpose of the work: establishing the mechanism of influence of the liquid alloys of the eutectic type condition, made on the base of iron and aluminium, on the processes of formation of its structure and properties in solid state. Established have been the main laws of influence of the alloy melt on crystallization, structure and properties of the objects to be studied. The model of the iron alloy structure in the liquid state has been offered. The mechanism of the structure formation of alloys depending on the regimens of the melt processing before crystallization has been discussed. The technologies for the iron casts production for the machine construction have been developed, the expediency of keeping the melting process of the aluminium alloy at the temperatures, not exceeding 800 degrees C, has been justified, the mode of preparation of the iron-copper melt to the moment of dispegration has been developed. The technology of production of the grey irons, the technology of production of aluminium alloy, the technology of the production of the iron-copper alloy have been introduced.
