There the study objects are the alloys of basis of chromium, of manganese and of vanadium with the rare-earth metals. The study purpose is to explore by experiment the forming of phosphides of rare-earth metals in the alloys on the diverse bases for the development of extra-furnace removal methods of phosphorus from the ferroalloys. The phase equilibria in the system were explored according to the techniques of hardening of equilibrium phases and of opposing diffusion of reactants. The metallographic analysis of phosphide phases was realized with the application of MIM-8 microscope and of microroentgen analyzer.
