PRODUCTION PROCESS OF POWDERS IN PALLADIUM AND IN OTHER PLATINUM METALS

There the study object is the reduction process of platinum metals in the diverse media by the carbon monoxide. The purpose is to develop the production process of palladium powders and of its composites with the platinum with the given properties for the use in the microelectronics as well as of applied catalysts. The reduction mechanism of palladium and of platinum-palladium by the carbon monoxide at the joint presence from the aqueous and aqeuous-organic solutions has been explored. The equation connecting the conditions of reduction process performance with the physical-chemical properties of product as the metal powder has been obtained. The production process of powders and of catalysts, the production process scheme of powders, of applied catalysts and of reclamation of wastes of platinum metals have been developed.
