On the rats of the line Vistar with use of the biochemical methods for determination of the tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) activity and content of the dofamine and norepinephrine, the ontogenesis of the catecholaminergical brain system after increasing level of the glucocorticoids during pregnancy has been investigated. The periods of the most active development of the mediator system have been determined. The ability of the glucocorticoids introduced to the pregnant female to activate TH in the brain of 20-day fetuses has been determined firstly.
