Free-inhabitating infusoria of the hes and aes reservoirs-collers and their role in the production-destruction processes

The free-inhabitating infusoria of the reservoirs-coolers have been examined. The purpose of the work: to establish the maijor laws of the formation and functioning of the free-inhabitating infusoria communities of the different ecological groups in the reservoirs-coolers of the TES and AES in connection with ecological conditions features. For the first time,performed has been a detailed investigation of the species composition, the peculiarities of the season dynamics and space distribution of the quantitative presentation of infusoria of a benthos, plankton and periphyton of the Ukrainian reservoirs-coolers, the peculiarities of the formation and functioning of the infusoria communities under the influence of the medium different factors. The estimation of the heated waters escape influence on the infusoria communities, the prognosis of the possible changes of their structura-functional indicators with the different heat load have been given. The methods of the selection and the quantitative calculation of the infusoria of the periphyton on the different substrates have been worked out. The materials have been included in the complex recommendations on improvement of the water quality in the reservoirs-coolers.
