The aim of the work: development of methods for the genetic constructionof the high-active strains-producers of the erythromycin using the mutations resistant to antibiotics. For the first time, obtained and characterized have been the collections of the mutants of the S.erythraea erythromycin producer, resistant to thiostrepton and chloramphenikol. First, the akinomycetes genetic unstability of the stability sign to the thiostrepton has been found and characterized. The amplifing consenquences are found in the genome S.erythraea. The approaches to the selection of strains-producers of the erythromycin with the high antibiotic activity and improved technological properties as wellas stabilization of the useful signs of the isolated mutants ...
