Stochastic processes of the pseudorandom functional control of dicorete devices of computer engineering and control systems are considered in the paper aiming at the method effectiveness increase of the discrete device stochastic control by means of the representation of pseudorandom test sequences by Markovian homogeneous chains. As a result the conception of the pseudorandom functional control has been developed as well as methods and algorithms of the synthesis, generation and estimation of the quality of pseudorandom test sequences given by single- and multiconnected Markovian chains.
