Separable problems of discrete optimization are considered in the paper aiming at the creation of the new approach towards the solution of a wide class of discrete optimization problems. As a result the new direction in the optimization theory, connected with the development of the new approach and new numerical methods for the solution of discrete optimization problems and some special problems of the optimal control theory has been created.
